What’s the buzz about solar energy, wind energy, and renewable energy? Seems like everywhere you turn someone is talking about, writing about, or learning about solar panels, wind turbines and the like. So what do you know about it? If you answered ‘not much’ – then you need to keep reading. If you want to get involved in the solar and wind energy revolution and start making your own electricity – then keep reading.

Once upon a time solar and wind energy technology could only be had by the rich and powerful. Solar panel systems and wind turbine systems had price tags starting at $8k and up to $250k and beyond. For the average, hard working citizen that just isn’t realistic. You can still purchase renewable energy systems at those prices – but you don’t have to. Over the past few years, thanks to a few very innovative and revolutionary individuals, more and more people just like you and me are getting access to solar and wind energy power systems – at a fraction of the cost.

Why should join the solar and wind energy revolution?

1. You can make your own electricity for your home or business. This will enable you to significantly reduce your energy bills, or eliminate them altogether. In this economy – or any economy, for that matter – saving bundles of money each month is a very good thing. You may even be able to sell excess power back to your energy company.

2. You’ll be helping to save the environment. For each solar panel or wind turbine put into use, the less traditional sources of energy production will be used (i.e. fossil fuels such as oil, coal, and natural gas). This not only helps us get away from dependence on foreign supplies of energy, but helps clean up the air, water, and land in the process.

3. Prevent waste. You can use supplies for your solar panels and wind turbines that would otherwise end up in landfills. Cleaner power, cleaner air, cleaner water, cleaner land – Viva la Revolucion!

4. Did you ever hear the expression, “If you aren’t a part of the solution, then you are a part of the problem?” Now you can be a part of the solution, a pioneer – a revolutionary!

Where do you start?

Believe it or not, you already have! Just by reading this blog, and other information about solar energy, wind energy, and renewable energy you are becoming more aware. Knowledge is power – literally! Don’t stop now – the revolution is just getting started! Get more information at easyDIYenergy.com and join the revolution – or start your own!

Watch for my next post: ‘Are DIY Solar and Wind Projects a Waste of Energy?’

Until then – wishing you the very best, each and every day!

Glenn
